Master Power Industrial Air Tools

From its founding in 1939, Master Power soon set the standard for quality in industrial air tools. Purchased by Black & Decker in 1959, Master Power reverted to an independent company in 1986. Most of its current employees can boast of over two decades of experience in the design and manufacture of these precision industrial tools.

Since industrial air tools are all we make, we create superior products that will earn and keep the loyalty of our customers. Computer controlled facilities, special alloys for critical parts, hand assembly, meticulous quality control-these are some of the elements contributing to the Master Power reputation for superbly crafted, durable air tools for a complete range of industrial applications.

It's no accident that Master Power maintains the largest service network of any air tool manufacturer. With products of such superior quality, it's no great challenge to make a sale. The real challenge is to create a customer who knows he can count on courteous treatment, prompt delivery and a full inventory of parts (many of them interchangeable for ease of repair). Above all, a customer who remains confident that after service is not just an afterthought.

Our line of Master Power products include: drills, screwdrivers, grinders, impact wrenches, sanders, percussion tools, saws/routers, and vacuums / tool supports / filters.

Sioux Air Tools

Sioux air tools are manufactured with the same attention precision, which is a trademark of Sioux electric tools. Air line lubricators, filters, and regulators are the big three which control air tool maintenance cost.
  1. The proper amount of quality air motor oil is of prime importance to air motors. It is not sufficient to squirt oil into the air tool twice daily, except for intermittent air tool service.
  2. An air filter placed with the lubricator at the air outlet to the tool will collect moisture, line scale, and prevent washing away lubrication, thereby preventing rust and corrosion.
  3. Regulated Air Pressure, Sioux Air Tools, unless otherwise specified, and designed to operate at 90 PSI with maximum efficiency and longer life. Pressures to excess of 90 PSI could severely damage the tool and will increase maintenance cost. Low air pressure reduces the efficiency of the air tools. It is recommended that an air regulator be placed in close proximity to the working tool in order to maintain proper pressure.

Safety and dependability are foremost in the engineering and construction of Sioux Tools. We conform to OSHA. When ordering Replacement Parts for any Sioux Tool, be sure to specify Catalog Number and Serial Number of the Tool for which the parts are wanted. All tools designed by Sioux Tools Inc. are designed with ergonomics as the first priority for operator comfort and increased productivity. Sioux Tools bearing monograms of Underwriters’ Laboratories, Inc. or Canadian Standards Association are listed by their laboratories for industrial use.
